I know quite a few notary publics, and they always seem to ask for leads, people I might know who need their services. A bunch of them were women, and while talking about some women's business networking ideas, we joked a bit about "the Notary Dames." Catchy! Turned out the domain was available ...

Anyway, I wanted to build a site where notaries can put themselves on a nice Google map, and post blurbs about themselves and their services, but I don't have the manpower or hosting power to do it. I have the technical skills, but not the funding to launch it properly.

I considered building a fully working site and gathering users first, but I'm not comfortable with selling a user base to an unknown party, so this site is a mockup with a sample map from one of my other projects.
